Shipping & Delivery

Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all your expectations.

How do you ship packages?

We are Proud to offer free global international shipping services.  However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to, if you happen to be from one of these locations, we shall contact you.  Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are usually shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS or Mail.  Packages delivered in Europe or the U.K.  shall be shipped from our European warehouses through Courier or Mail.  Packages to be delivered outside these areas, shall be delivered by Courier or mail.  The type of shipping and delivery to our customers shall be calculated to be the most effective and fastest to depending on the weight and size of the product purchased.  

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties once the items have shipped.  By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more of your packages may be shipped to you and you may get custom fees and duties when they arrive to your country.  We do however, try to cover these costs and pay customs duties as and where possible so that you do not have any duties to pay on your parcels arrival, although we cannot guarantee this, as every country is different and there are different rules and regulations that may apply, some of which are out of our control.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Australia, New Zealand 5-20 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 10-21 Business days

*This doesn’t include our 1 day processing time for shipping within the U.S. and 2 days processing time for shipping to other locations.  Please note that public or festive holidays are not included  in these calculations.  Our aim is to get your parcel to you asap, so you will most probably get your parcels much before our estimated delivery times.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.  Sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.  For logistical reasons, some items may be sent in separate packages even when you have specified combined shipping.
